Not a Fan of the Gym? No Problem!

We all have different priorities in life so I know going to the gym is not for everyone. Not to worry though, I’ve got some moves you can do to replace going to the gym (this is just for Fun! Please speak with your doctor before attempting to replace recommended forms of exercise with the following).

1) Hate running on the treadmill?

Not to worry! Do the shuffle instead!

3) Not a fan of ab workouts?

Do the Butterfly!

4) Aerobic Classes a Killer?

Practice Easy Cardio Hip Hop

5) Total Body Workout Classes not your thing?

Take Pole Dancing Classes

6) Don’t care for fast pace movements?

Do the Butterfly Dance with Ong Bak

Wanna Seduce your other half? “Dip it low” with Christina Milian

Or you can “Get Dirty” with Christina Aguilera

Or just go Freestyle Crazy with Judson Laipply?
