      1. Ha ha! Thank YOU 🙂 That’s such a bummer you can’t get fresh artichokes! What I love to do, is clean them (obviously), soak them in olive oil over night and then throw them on the grill the following day, the olive oil really brings out a delicious flavor… You can also steam the artichokes first, then put them in the oil and grill them the following day depending on how firm you like your chokes! LOL
