It’s finally cold in Hong Kong which brings us both good and bad news.
- We can drink hot chocolate and check out all the Christmas decorations and events around the city.
- We have some time off to spend with friends and family or to volunteer.
- We have to take out our small heaters to stay warm indoors.
- We’re more likely to get sick.
It’s okay though because my super immune booster soup can help keep our bodies strong and to fight off coughs and colds!
Ingredients: 5 garlic cloves, 1 onion, 1 inch ginger, 1 T turmeric powder, pepper, 1 carrot, 3 stalks celery, 1 pack mushroom and any leftover veggie you’d like to use.
Saute all the veggies and add about 1 liter of water. Simmer until nice and tasty.
