Tried making chocolate covered strawberries for the very first time today and it was so much fun! I didn’t read any recipes beforehand so I definitely learned what not to do the hard way.
First of all, make sure the strawberries are dry before dipping. Secondly, it may be better to keep the stems on so you can use it for easy dipping. I personally don’t like the stems so I chopped them off and used a fork instead. Take note that my strawberries are not going to win any aesthetic awards. =D
