2 Quick Stir Fry Combos

20140114-235201.jpgWhen planning a Chinese meal for two people, I usually like to make three dishes. One dish will be purely veggie, another will be mixed veggies of some sort and the third dish will include a little protein (fish, chicken, shrimp, etc). The two dishes pictured are two of my favorite combos. Cauliflower with Taiwanese Donguan dried shrimps (any type of dried shrimps will do) and sugar snap peas with mushrooms.
