Longan, Red Dates, Gogi berries and Chrysanthemum Tea

I’m currently watching the TVB show Outbound Love and was inspired to make this tea. It’s a mix of chrysanthemum flower, longan, gogi berries, and red dates. This tea is packed full of nutrients. The Chinese have used it to ease sore throat, soothe discomfort from menstrual cramps, as a sleep aid, and to promote overall well-being. Take note that longan is considered a hot/heat food and should be consumed in moderation. 20140206-190200.jpg

Grab a handful of each ingredient and boil until soft. Serve hot or cold. No sugar needed.
