Recipes: Asian dinner for 2

If you could only choose 3 cuisines to eat for the rest of your life, what would they be? 

My choice would be Korean, Thai and Taiwanese. Below are a few dishes I tried out using Asian flavors: foil salmon, thai style spinach, and Indian potatoes. The foiled salmon recipe is delicious (reduce the honey though), thai style veggies recipe is a winner (try the sauce with a variety of different veggies) and the potatoes recipe is packed full of flavor. Highly recommend!

Tip: major advantage with cooking is the control you have with the amount of ingredients, particularly the sauces added. I typically use half the recommended amount.
